Daniel E. "Danny" Atkins, age 51 Springfield, died suddenly May 19, 2015 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday May 26, 2015 in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 3 pm until the hour of service at 6 pm.
"Dano" was born July 3, 1963 in Santiago, Chile to the late Ray and Linda (Landrum) Atkins. He was a foreman with IAC in Springfield and loved to cook on his grills.
Surviving him are his wife, Lynn Woody Atkins, of Springfield; sons, Anthony Alan Atkins of Springfield and Daniel Rayvn Atkins of Cedar Hill; daughter, Amanda Lynn Atkins of Springfield and grandchildren, Maya Atkins, Danielle Atkins, Callie Atkins, Audrey Grant, and Lukas Atkins.
