Robert Wayne "Bubba" Phillips, 66, of Springfield, died Thursday April 6, 2017 at his home. His remains were cremated and no services are scheduled. His final resting place will be in Hopewell Cemetery.
Mr. Phillips was born April 15, 1950 in Montgomery County. He was a retired truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Phillips enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father: Calvin Phillips, and by his brother: Larry Phillips. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife: Lori Hudson Phillips, sons and daughters-in-law: Randy and Denise Phillips of White House, Joe and Emily Phillips of White House, daughter and son-in-law: Julie and Bill Norfleet of Cross Plains, mother: Georgia Randolph Phillips of Springfield, brother: Glenn Phillips of Orlinda, and by five grandchildren
