Brian Michael Wiemelt

Brian Michael Wiemelt, 49, of Portland, died Wednesday November 23, 2016 in Nashville. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday November 28th at 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Anthony Lopez as Celebrant. Pallbearers will be Jeff Wiemelt, Mike Price, Mike Williams, David Rohman, William Holland, Jr., and Bill Balsman. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Robertson County Funeral Home. There will be no visitation on Monday prior to the service.

Brian was born December 27, 1966 in Decatur, IL. He worked as a Master Technician with Carrier HVAC, and was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Springfield. Brian enjoyed hunting, karate, classic cars, Clint Eastwood and John Wayne movies. He loved his wife's cooking and his all-time favorite thing to do was spend time with his three girls: Lynn, Holly, and Brianna.

Brian is survived by his loving and devoted wife and daughters: Lynn Wiemelt, Holly and Brianna Wiemelt all of Portland, parents: Richard Glenn and Phylis Jean Wiemelt of Decatur, IL, brother: Jeff Wiemelt of Salisbury, NC, sister: Julie Wiemelt Stath of Rensselear, IN, and by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holly and Brianna Wiemelt to be used for college expenses.
