Bobby Wayne Carney

Bobby Wayne Carney, age 74 of Nashville, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Oakhurst Chapel of Robertson County Funeral Home with Evangelist Frances Muzzaferro officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Sharon Cemetery with Jason Carney, Anthony Clardy, Rodney Newman, Brandon White, and Bruce Hudgins serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 4 until 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until the hour of service.
Mr. Carney was born December 6, 1942 in Davidson County to the late Link A. and Ruby Gafford Carney. He was a printer. In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Sharleen White Carney of Nashville and a brother, Howard Carney of Whites Creek.
