Annie Stone Obituary
Annie Pearl Stone, age 81 of Springfield, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Church of God on Leota Street with Pastor Mark Washington officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 until 7 at Robertson County Funeral Home and Saturday from 12 noon until the hour of service.
Mrs. Stone was born July 11, 1933 in Robertson County to the late Richard and Hiawatha Scott Chatman. She was a retired cook having last worked at Springfield Baptist Church Preschool. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Nathaniel Stone.
She is survived by her daughter, Nadine Stone of Springfield; brother, Martin Crockett of Jackson; grandchildren, Nathaniel Kendrick of and Chris Williams, both of Springfield; great grandchild, Memory Williams; and godchildren, Gabriel, David, and Lailah Owens, all of Springfield.
